Cannot create Thunderbird E-Mail accounts via Teamviewer

I'm attempting to set up e-mail accounts, in Thunderbird, for a remote client. Thunderbird error messages keep showing that I don't have the correct information. I can create the e-mail accounts, locally, on my computer, without any issues.
My computer is Linux Mint 20.3, remote is Linux Mint 21.3

This is definitely a TeamViewer related issue. A person who was at the (remote) computer was able to create the Thunderbird accounts if I was not logged in. Somewhere between the computer, and the domain host (qwk.net), something was blocking the creation of the e-mail accounts, due to invalid transfer of information (e-mail address, server address, password, etc.).
