Contact is Missing a Password

Hello,

I'm trying to connect to one of my contacts. However, though his ID is showing on his computer, there is no password for him to provide to me so I can access his computer. Anyone experience this before, is it a setting or something else causing the password field to be blank????

    Thanks so much, that did the trick, the Random Password was disabled, changed it to 8 characters, voila!!
