My grandma often needs support with her mobile phone. so I downloaded the app for Android. I've been familiar with the PC version for a long time, but the Android version is new for me.
My problem is as follows: I can see what my grandmother is doing on her screen, but I can't control anything on her phone via my phone.
I see the blue hand, it moves to where I want it, but when I click on the icon I choose, nothing happens. I tried it with touch and mouse mode. What can I do, or what am I doing wrong?
