QNAP - Migration Required

Hi,


Are there any plans to update the TeamViewer qpkg for QNAP boxes? My Admin panel in TV nags that the QNAP client needs migration.

    Hello,

    I accidentally installed the update to TV 15 on a Windows PC.
    (Normally I'm very careful about things like this! Especially regarding TeamViewer)

    Then I also received the message about the necessary migration…
    But that's not possible because the app is obviously no longer being updated.

    Thoroughly uninstalled Teamviewer and reinstalled version 14.
    But now I can no longer connect to the NAS.
    A circle rotates and no error message appears. But it no longer connects.

    A second NAS behaves the same way (two are free to use).
    And it's also no longer works on my PC at work with version 14.

    I have already uninstalled the app on both NAS and reconnected to TeamViewer and my account.
    But it is still no longer possible to connect.

    What happened here in the background?
    Is the TV server blocking something?
    Who can I ask for help? TeamViewer or QNAP?
