Account shows as free
Dear sirs,
Although I paid [removed per Community Guidelines] euros on 12/2023 (Sales order ID[removed per Community Guidelines], invoice number[removed per Community Guidelines]), my account seems free yet. I have problems connecting my PCs. Please advise.
