[removed per Community Guidelines], i ordered the subscription, why does it still say i am on a free account?

    We are sorry to hear poor experience with TeamViewer.

    Can you check if the TeamViewer license has been activated successfully with your TeamViewer account please? On top of the activation, the licensed account should also remain signed in before the remote connection. Please run a quick check and keep us updated on how you go with the TeamViewer account.
