Is it possible to Disconnect specific connection from host?

Hello,

I have a host running, and two accounts X and Y connected to it at the same time. From the host computer, is it possible to disconnect X in anyother way that clicking on the "Close connection" option from the menu?

I am looking for a command-line approach, or teamviewer api. Some way of doing it without human interaction.
