TeamViewer freezes when using certain software

Hi, I encounter issues with teamviewer inexplicably freezing when I use certain programs like vscode. I do not have a recording as of now but sometimes when it freezes, I have to click on the app button and reopen the software. This temporarily fixes the problem but only works for a few seconds. This issue makes teamviewer completely unusable when I try to access certain programs.
