Screen corruption on 1 remote system

Hi all,
I use TV to connect to a lot of remote systems. On only 1 it appears like this:
Lots of lines like a 1990s game of solitaire. Expanded:
The rest of the screen appears fine - just the TV slider that looks incorrect. This PC happens to be located on the same LAN as my PC if relevant.
I've checked and modified all the video settings I could think of to no avail. Any ideas why it appears messed up like this?
