Connexion impossible to Raspian OS

Hi,

I just setup the full version of TeamViewer on my Raspberry pi5.

From the Raspberry I can remote control my windows computer.

From windows impossible to establish a connexion to the Raspberry (same if I try with ios device)

It is stuck to 'establishing connexion' then it stops after a while.

Any idea?
