Freezing or stuck on connecting

Hi , i install teamweaver in one account and teamweaver quicksupport in oppo a38 , and teamviewer work fine with every device but not work with oppo a 38 . When we try to connect remotely it get connected but screen get freeze ,as soon as device commected , i cannot control my other phone oppo a38 , only coming promblem with this device . Can u tell why quicksupport not working or remote control not working on oppo a38 . And i install remote add on and its on also but still prombelm coming

    Make sure that QuickSupport has all the necessary permissions on the Oppo A38 to function properly. This includes permissions for screen sharing, control, and any other relevant permissions requested by the app.

    I did everything still facing issue only in that phone
