I have several device groups that are empty and I cannot delete them. How do I do this?

    Hello @EricDeanMorse

Welcome to our Community and thank you for your first post! 🌏️

To delete a Device Group, you can log into the Management Console at login.teamviewer.com > select the Device Group folder of your choice > select the Blue/White Pencil Icon button > General tab > Delete Group button in the lower left corner. Screenshots are below to help guide through the steps.

    Hello @EricDeanMorse

You would follow the same steps above. The only difference with deleting Group folders vs Device Group folders, is that the delete button will be in the top right corner under the General tab.

    Hello @EricDeanMorse

My Apologies, I assumed you had a license, being the ability to create groups for your computers and contacts list is a license exclusive feature.

In this case since you are currently a free user, the instructions sent prior will not work due to the incompatibility.

I apologize for any inconvenience this causes.

Feel free to post again if you have any other questions. 👍️
