I can't delete an old device that has the same name as a new device using the Web UI for my account. I keep getting this error:

"A network request failed. Please try reloading."

Reloading doesn't help. Would appreciate some insight.

Thoughts?

Thank you! 🙏

If this has been migrated, then do it via your local TeamViewer App.

Go to Devices, Bookmarked devices and look for the duplicated device here.
Alternatively, if you now have a Group and a Device Group (one with the picture of a computer adjacent to the group name).
Look in the old group and locate your device, click three dots (right of screen) and delete.
I would first check that the same TeamViewer ID appears in both groups.
In the Device Group my migrated devices are Purple icons with green dot.
In the "Old" Groups they are a lighter colour. More Lilac with a green dot.

Whether this is your error though I am unsure as even if you have duplicated devices you should still be able to connect.
For now, I tend not to use the Web UI.
