Export of connections (i.e export of all computers etc, as seen in "Computer & Contacts"

In a short while I'll retire from my work. My successor will be granted his own (work-) account, but will need to access the same remote computers etc. as I.

Instead of painstakingly adding these to his account one by one, I respectfully ask this forum, as I haven't had any success trying to ask TeamViewer support, is there any way of exporting these so he'll can import them into his account?

Thank you for your post, and welcome to the TeamViewer community!

Will you be utilizing the TeamViewer account you used for work after retirement? If not, I would recommend updating the email address to your successor's; this would simply transfer ownership of the account from your email to theirs.

If that is not possible (perhaps they have an account with other devices already associated), then the best solution would be to share the groups with FULL CONTROL. If both of you need access to the devices at the same time, this will provide that, and once you retire (congrats!) they can simply drag the devices out of the shared groups to their own groups.
