Cannot use Session ID
Hello I just downloaded TeamViewer quick support to my computer. When I go to enter the session ID code it cuts me off after entering 9 digits and will not allow me to enter the 10th digit. I tried a friends session ID Code which is only 9 digits long however it says that the session as expired, even though it works fine for her.

Welcome to our Community and thanks for your question!The QuickSupport module is an executable that receives a remote session. Therefore, to start a remote session (insert the session code) it's necessary to use the full client known as TeamViewer Remote.

This is not helpful actually because it keeps asking me to pay for the service before using the Full client TeamViewer Remote and it's just not in my budget
