Cannot use Session ID

Hello I just downloaded TeamViewer quick support to my computer. When I go to enter the session ID code it cuts me off after entering 9 digits and will not allow me to enter the 10th digit. I tried a friends session ID Code which is only 9 digits long however it says that the session as expired, even though it works fine for her.

    The QuickSupport module is an executable that receives a remote session. Therefore, to start a remote session (insert the session code) it's necessary to use the full client known as TeamViewer Remote.

  • This is not helpful actually because it keeps asking me to pay for the service before using the Full client TeamViewer Remote and it's just not in my budget
