"unspecified error. Please try again later" when trying to log into TeamViewer
We haven't been able to log into our teamviewer on a few of our computers for months now becuase this message pops up every time. I've uninstalled and installed the latest version and my PC is up to date. Please help, this is very inconvenient for our work team.

Hi @jumediaservices,
We're happy to read your first post in our Community! 🙌
We're sorry to hear that you have some trouble logging in to TeamViewer. To investigate further about the possible root cause, we would need a bit more details about your setup.
Could you please tell us the OS of the impacted computers?
Also, would it be possible for you to use another network and try to log in again?
Let us know how it goes!
Best,
Jen

They are using Windows 10 education PCs.
No, we cannot use another network. All of our computers are on the same network and the majority of them work with teamviewer except these few.

Hi @jumediaservices,
Thank you for your reply.
When you have uninstalled TeamViewer on the affected devices, have you done a complete uninstallation, meaning deleting all TeamViewer files in the Windows Registry?
If not, we invite you to follow carefully the instructions explained in our Knowledge Base article:
Also, please inform us of any changes that could have occurred on those devices.
Keep us updated about the results!
Best,
Jen

Yes, I did that process twice. Just did it again and even tried an older version, like 12 and it is still giving me the "unspecified error please try again" when trying to log in.
