Seeing as there is going to be a lot of laptop OEM's jumping on the arm bandwagon thanks to the snapdragon x elite chip, is there a Teamviewer arm version in the works? It seems really quiet.
Hello @ICT_WT,
No updates so far - we'll update this thread as soon as we have news to share. 👍️

Hello,
Do you have any updates regarding the ARM64 version ?
Hi @Ben_BechtleAG,
The product team got back to me confirming the following:
Let me know if you have any questions, I'd be happy to get them answered, too!
Hi @JeanK, Any news regarding my Question to arm support? Best regards Benjamin Tippmann
Happy to see you posting again!
I contacted our responsible team to provide a clear statement regarding this.
I'll come back to you later shortly. 🙂
Hello, We have more and more Windows Devices in our Company with arm achitecture.
So my question is: Does Teamviewer have a native ARM64 version for Windows from Fullclient und Hostclient, which is fully supportet by Teamviewer? Best regards
Benjamin Tippmann
No update on this yet? Still appears to have no ARM version and we do see issues when connecting to ARM Windows devices with the current installers/drivers.
Why is there no support whatsoever for installing the Threatdown by Malwarebytes endpoint on Windows 11 Pro for ARM. This should NOT have to be a "comment to be upvoted" on the &#**ing forums for teamviewer to have been working on this. Windows for ARM has been out in some form or another for a DECADE!!!!!! it's common %&$^ing sense teamviewer should have been developing support for this, it is REQUIRED, not an "optional nice to have extra", especially with the Snapdragon X Plus/Elite SoC's releasing in mainstream offering last year.
Malwarebytes expands protection to ARM-powered Windows devices with ThreatDown product portfolio - ThreatDown by Malwarebytes
When are we getting the ability to install the threatdown by malwarebytes endpoint on windows on ARM installations??
Threatdown themselves publicly posted in October 2024 OFFICIAL support for it, so why do we not have it available for teamviewer licenses, considering they are the chosen AV/Malware endpoint partner for teamviewer???
I've raised this via several support tickets and got &*#$ing nowhere because clearly none of the support staff I've interacted with have any &%*$ing clue of the support status of their own product with Windows on ARM, I had to link the multiple press release articles (including the above) to their own support staff to prove to them that the malware platform THEY ARE PARTNERED WITH already had official support for Windows on ARM (and apple silicon macs), which is completely unacceptable given the AV/Malwarebytes endpoint is a core service offering AND business partner of teamviewer.
TV should be very publicly providing a date for the full integration of the AV/Malwarebyte Threatdown endpoint for Windows on ARM immediately.
I would also like to see a native ARM implementation for Windows ARM.
As the title says, there is some confusion on whether or not Teamviewer has a native ARM64 version for Windows. There are some issues with it running under emulation and would like some clarification, thanks!
