Once I've made the connection is it possible for me to download apps on the windows PC? I'm trying to assist a person who has no clue how to download and install an app.

A TeamViewer connection allows you to see and control the remote device as if you were sitting directly in front of the computer itself.

Once the connection is established, you can download and install apps on the remote Windows PC.

💡 Please note that admin rights credentials can be asked for. The person on the remote side will then have to enter the admin password to allow the downloading/installation.
