Can't Download to Team Viewer

Hi, I keep trying to click to download Teamviewer on my Mac but nothing happens when I press the tab. I can't seem to talk to anyone because I just want to try out the free version. Can someone please help me?

    Hello @Medinaaa,

Welcome to the TeamViewer Community and we are here to help!

Can you share the operating system of your Mac device please? At the same time, I would like to share the full list of macOS compatibility with you - https://www.teamviewer.com/en/global/support/knowledge-base/teamviewer-remote/download-and-installation/supported-operating-systems-for-teamviewer-remote/ .

Additionally, can you also try again with the download action by visiting the TeamViewer official download page - https://www.teamviewer.com/en/download/.

Hope to hear from you about the situation and let us work together to ensure TeamViewer is up and running!

    Hello,

I have MacOS Venture version 13.4.1

I've tried downloading it from that page but whenever I click any of the icons, nothing happens.

Follow up to my earlier post: I updated to Sonoma 14.5. Same problem. No download.

Any ideas why the free version of the TeamViewer application will not download from the TeamViewer website onto my iMac? Running Sonoma 14.5. I only need the free version for one help session on another matter. I click on the "Mac OS" virtual button on the TeamViewer website but nothing downloads. I also tried it on an earlier version of the OS to no avail, and obviously updating to Sonoma did not help.

    Hi @SteveKlar and @Medinaaa,

Sorry to hear that the download issue still occurs on your side.

May I ask you to confirm if you clicked on icon 1 or 2 from the attached screenshot for macOS download please?

TeamViewer displays all the different operation systems' icons for category differentiation. The actual download buttons are below and match the TeamViewer modules. Can you try to choose the correct module of TeamViewer and see if the Download button works this time? Here is the TeamViewer official download page - https://www.teamviewer.com/en/download/.

I am also running macOS Sonoma 14.5, and am clicking on icon 1, and nothing is happening. It looks like the page is reloading, but nothing is being downloaded.

    Any help is appreciated

I am also having the same problem. New MacBook, newly installed Sonoma 14.5 with just Chrome installed. MacOS download icon does nothing. I think your webpage needs attention.

The TeamViewer full client Download button works, however.
