How to check if my windows 10 PC is preventing me downloading and using the free version

I followed instructions, created an account, and clicked on the free 64 bit for my requirement on my HP PC - but no place to put my friends login and password. Is my computer setting preventing me? How about my antivirus which is **Third Party Product**. Thanks
