How to add a family member to my personal account

Hello, I am using TeamViewer on my iPad to manage my elderly mother's Windows PC (she lives in another state). It's working beautifully. I would like to set things up so that my brother, who lives in yet another state, can also get remote access to our mom's PC through his own iPad. I can't tell how to set that up. Thanks in advance for your help!
