I am unable to establish a connection with my partner.
My partner isn't getting any connection request. I am getting rejected automatically. I checked the internet connection and speed of both devices, and everything was fine. This has been going on since the TeamViewer server went down.

Thank you for reaching out to the Community.It seems you are connecting to an Oppo device. Could you please try using the Universal add-on to see if this helps in your case?
📌Please understand that we are not able to support all Android devices for remote control. To allow full remote control of a device, we need cooperation from the manufacturers themselves which we do not have for all manufacturers.
