I received your email "Your TeamViewer order confirmation" yesterday at 14:56 (CET), but until now I have not received the email with the activation code, so I cannot use TeamViewer in its full functionality. An active subscription ([Removed as per Community Guidelines] - TeamViewer Remote Access) is visible on my Customer Portal, but I cannot activate it and connect it to my TeamViewer account.
Please help me solve the problem as soon as possible so that I can use the product I paid for.
