Unable to access my family's QuickSupport

Dear TeamViewer Community Team,

I apologize that the screenshot is in Korean. It translates as 'User(Professional) Info - This person could be a scammer. Name: ………. Deny Access, Accept(Grayed Out)'

I have trouble accessing my dad's smartphone via QuickSupport from my Teamviewer account.

It seems to me that, I have been 'marked' as a scammer to his account. I still can access my mom's Teamviewer without any issues, so I assume I am only blocked from my dad's account.
