teamviewer will not activate following paying for license

licence expired/renewed a couple of days ago. paid invoice online and recorded as paid but can't activate account and remains stuck on FREE. Have followed support but get the following error when trying to activate.

"Sorry License couldn't be activated. there is another license on the account, please contact Customer Support"


"Contract activated, cannot activate another. Something went wrong. Please go to Customer Support"

When log in to account it still says FREE so unable to contact Customer Support use the Community.

This is not helpful in fixing my issue if i am unable to talk to the people i need to, can someone help??
