Device Status reporting no alerts

Hi
Ever since last week when Teamviewer had issues and was inaccessible for a few hours none of my devices are reporting any alerts within the Device status. I know there are some alerts (disk space below 10%) as I was working through the alerts at the time. I have pressed re-check on devices which I know should be alerting but am still getting a green tick 'There are no alerts'.
Any idea on how to re-enable this? (Enable integrated system health checks is ticked)
