Hi,
I have a single user account. Initially I logged in with a social account (gmail). Now every time I sign out and login again TeamViewer logs me with the gmail credentials AND and encryption key.
I already ask a question, got a link as to how to create a TeamViewer account and a password but it does not work.
It goes like this:
- I go to classic interfase
- I enter gmail and password (I enter here the encryption key)
- TeamViewer says my account uses third-party authentication
- I go to new interface
- I enter my email in the email top box, disregarding the social login
- I still get redirected to google login
- There I enter Google email, Google password, then TeamViewer encryption key
What I want is to be able to login only with gmail and a password/encryption key.
Is this possible?
