My free TeamViewer account got logged off for some reason, and when I try to log in on my device with my account, I got the 'Account login error: TeamViewer is free for personal use on a limited number of devices. You have reached the limit of devices.' However, I can find this device on the free-device list of my account.

I made a support ticket for something urgent that happened with my account and no one is responding to me, could someone tell me why this is? Are you on vacation or how long does it take for a ticket to be answered?
So I am wondering if anyone has found a work around for this. My company uses fido2 security keys to log into teamviewer. When launching teamviewer and logging in it comes to a screen stating another screen will popup to finish authentication. Nothing ever pops up. Any ideas?

We are (trying to) use Teamviewer (current Version 15.60.3) within VMWare / Omnissa Horizon Instant Clones (stateless VDI) with FSLOGIX Profiles. Teamviewer does not rember the Account login between Sessions and needs to be re-logged in after EVERY Login into the VDI which is very annoying. We have tried several solutions…
Hello, I created a free account years ago and now see there is an option to sign in with a Google or Microsoft account. Is there a way to change to my sign in to use that rather than enter my email address, password and MFA code?
