I renewed my licenses today. I received mail about order confirmation but I cannot have access to use features. When I log in, the program do not show my subscrition. It says upgrade your plan. How can I solve this problem?

My free TeamViewer account got logged off for some reason, and when I try to log in on my device with my account, I got the 'Account login error: TeamViewer is free for personal use on a limited number of devices. You have reached the limit of devices.' However, I can find this device on the free-device list of my account.
I made a support ticket for something urgent that happened with my account and no one is responding to me, could someone tell me why this is? Are you on vacation or how long does it take for a ticket to be answered?
