Why won't my TeamViewer Full Client not allowing login?

I am using the new interface as I use my google account to sign in.

When I open the client initially, where it says:

"Access and support

from anywhere

Don't have an account? Create one here"

I click on the button "sign in to TeamViewer, and it would normally bring up the login screen in which I press the google button where it would open up my browser for sign in. Now it does nothing…literally nothing. It stays on the same front screen, don't take me to the login screen, just nothing.

What do I do?

We are sorry to hear about your experience with the new interface.

Given the inconvenient described in your post, our suggestion would be to uninstall TeamViewer following the steps described here and do a new download of the latest version available in our website.

Hi ValeriaDP,

I appreciate the response. Unfortunately, that would be my third time uninstalling it and reinstalling it with no luck. I even went as far as to do a complete uninstall using software that scans my entire computer system for any remaining files after running the built-in uninstaller.

I tried again, with no luck today. here is a screenshot of the screen I cannot get past:

For some unknown reason, when I click the sign in button, nothing happens. I can click on the "Create one here" and it will take me to my browser, but still can't login.

Any ideas? :)

Thank you for coming back with the results.

I tried to replicate your case, and everything worked as expected on my side, so I will take your case in charge and investigate internally and as soon as I have some information, I will get to you again.

In the meantime, I would suggest you use our web version with which you can establish connections to any remote computer.

I have had good success with the web version but I do hope to regain access with the desktop version as I enjoyed using the features available with it.
