I am running Teamviewer Version 15.65.6. Recently I switched over to the 'New Interface' after avoiding it for almost as long as I could. All the contacts I had before were added to the list and I can still connect via the ID and requesting the user to Allow the connection.
Now I'm attempting to add new contacts to provide support and using the Teamviewer Quick Support method. This seems to work and does not require the user to install the full client. But if I want to add that user to my contact list for future support needs it appears that this requires the new user to create an account at Teamviewer.com.
I don't want to require my ongoing contacts to be forced to create a Teamview account. What am I missing? Can create a new contact without creating an account?
