We have tried, but can only assign named users under the menuitem where you customise quick support. This means that, that user has to go into the web interface and reassign if anothet tech needs to take over. Is there any way around this or should we set QS to "unassigned"

I have quick support configured for the group that I named "Support". Once I enable the "New interface" the "Support" group is missing and I can't find any pending sessions to connect.
