I have recently had an issue in changing my account from one email address to another
I was advised by a Customer Support Specialist, that it was because my original email used was a social log in and that the only way to change my email address would be to delete the account and make a new one.
I have done as advised, of which now the new account is only a free license, is there a way which the license from the original account can be applied onto the new account?
