I paid my invoice even though my subscription was set to renew automatically, and now I’m locked out of my computer. I’m on a tight deadline and have already spent hours trying to get support with no response. I need this resolved urgently. Any ideas

Hello! I'm having issues connecting to TeamViewer remotely. Initially, it works but then after a few minutes, I get kicked out and this pop-up appears: I'm on the same license as other people in my lab and they don't seem to have issues, so I'm wondering why this is the case.
