No email received to confirm account
We have a corporate account, but user does not receive email for confirmation of his email or to reset his password?
We have looked at the incoming mails on the server, but don't find any mails from teamviewer coming in for this user

Happy to see you posting in our Community again.
Sorry to hear that you´re experimenting issues with a user.
Since you have already looked in the incoming mails in the server and that you have a license, we would suggest asking your user to contact our ☎️support team in order to check the status of his account.
📌Note: before calling provide the invoice number or the customer number to your user to ensure prompt and efficient support (both can be found in the invoice).

I have an overview of all accounts, and the account itself is active….just stating that the email address is not confirmed yet…
