Passwordless alternative to personal password

Hello , I am a new junior sysadmin and have a request from my supervisor, who is concerned about the security of personal passwords in teamviewer, our existing personal passwords aren't very safe and we want to avoid manually changing them on 200 or so devices.

Aside from personally logging in my account into every teamviewer host or making an account for every user and putting them in a group with easy access, is there any other way to authenticate my connection to a host , e.g. Active directory information..?
