Hi All I have just downloaded Teamviewer and I cannot find the App or shortcut on my Windows 11 PC everytime I seem to have to download and run the program from stratch

To begin with, please try the below methods according to your installed TeamViewer module to locate TeamViewer on your Windows device:

• If you have installed TeamViewer Host or Full Client, please try searching for TeamViewer in the start menu.
• If you are using the QuickSupport module, please check the downloads holder, as TeamViewer QuickSupport is an application in the form of a single executable file.

Let me also take this opportunity to highlight the main difference between QuickSupport and Host.

• In short, the key difference lies in the method of how you connect to a target device:
  • QuickSupport requires confirmation of access from the remote user; it only provides attended remote support.
  • Host won't require confirmation of access from the remote user and, therefore, allows unattended access.
