Why doesn't TeamViewer main window display when I start TeamViewer

I have TeamViewer installed on 3 computers in my house.

Desktop (Windows 10 Pro 64 bit)
Laptop 1 (Windows 10 Pro 64 bit)
Laptop 2 (Windows 11 Pro 64 bit)

Desktop and Laptop 1 can each logon to the other using Team Viewer.

When I try to "Connect" to Laptop 2 from Desktop, I'm asked to enter the password displayed on Laptop 2.

On Laptop 2, I cannot get the TeamViewer main window to display. When I run TeamViewer on Laptop 2, I get this:

When I click on "Connect with TeamViewer ID" on Laptop 2, I get this:

When I click the icon that says "Generate new password", nothing happens.

Can anyone tell me how to get Laptop 2 running TeamViewer correctly so I can Connect to Laptop 2 from Desktop?
