Undock chat window feature removed from new interface?

We seem to be unable to undock the chat window in the new interface.

If this is intentionally, it would be a significant downgrade in the functionality of our paid version.

Explanation: We are providing support for customers with different languages. The chat window now scales down the image of the remote desk so that it cannot longer be read. Scrolling over the remote desk is also not practical.

Please have the chat window float again even if it is not a separate window.

    I tried to file a support ticket, but there is no category available under which this fits (all options for "Technical Questions" are something like "Connection problem", "E-Mail not arriving", …).
