I'm unable to submit a ticket to terminate TeamViewer Web Monitoring Alert Email

It's a shame that TeamViewer is phasing out web monitoring services. But I still got TeamViewer alert email and I'm not able to logon to management console to delete these monitoring items. I tried to submit a support ticket to terminate all of my monitoring items, unfortunately, submit a support ticket also becomes unavailable for my account.
