What is teamviewer doing at boot even though disabled

I am noticing all kinds of things going on at bootup (windows 11) including something with Teamviewer. I have it disabled in startup, but something was happening with svchost…

It is not just teamviewer…. but how do I stop Teamviewer from doing ANYTHING at startup? (other than uninstalling…. yeah… I read your mind… you were thinking that… weren't you?
