Devices going from Managed to Unmanaged

Hi,

We use Teamviewer easy access for our our laptops, connecting back to 3 different "admins". When ship a laptop to a site, we verify it is managed. Then when a laptop arrives at the site, we do not see it online/able to connect to it. We see it a lot when the power goes out. Once the device comes back online after running during a power outage, it loses its managed state. Anyone have an idea why this would happen?
