Hello,

I'm trying to set up Easy access on a user's computer at my company. First I was trying with QucikSupport, and it was successful. After I tried to connect, I authenticated with windows credentials (local admin account), and then the quick support restarded as admin on the target computer. I installed Teamviewer Host remotely, and after the installation, I can't start Teamviewer host on the target computer as admin. No matter that I connect and authenticate to it with local admin windows credentials or try to run it as admin after connection, I can't set up easy access because it says that I need to have admin rights.

There are the pictures:

Authenticating as local admin to the target computer, but still can't set up easy access because I need admin.

I even tried to run it again as admin when already connected, but still I can't set it up

Do anyone know a solution for this?

Br,

Patrik
