cast from tablet to monitor

I have a tablet that supports casting (.i.e. chromecast). I can mirror the tablet screen to the monitor, but resolution is too poor. Some apps can cast directly to to chromecast, allowing 4k resolution (.e.g. google slides, netflix…).
Can teamviewer do this? When I remote connect to my pc through the tablet, and cast the table screen to an external monitor, the resolution is too poor to work.
