Team Viewer 14.2 not loading ID and Password, already tried to restart Team viewer services..

I'm running Team viewer V14.2 with Windows XP SP3, for some reason it's not loading the ID and Password even with the message "ready for connect". .

I already tried to restart Team Viewer services however I'm still having same issue. What else could be checked?

    • Uninstall TeamViewer completely, restart your computer, and then reinstall the application. Sometimes, a fresh installation can resolve persistent issues.
