Why can't I input a remote ID and Password?
So I bought the paid for version of Teamviewer because I was tired of it timing out after 1min, but now I cannot put someone's ID and Password in and say connect. The option just simply doesn't exist on my interface anymore. The only thing I can seem to do is add PC's (up to 3x of them) as remote computers to my license?!?! I seem to have bought myself into a situation where I can't connect to another Teamviewer client PC. What am I doing wrong?

Based on the description of your issue, it sounds like you purchased our Remote Access License.
You will want to follow the directions outlined in the Knowledge Base article pasted below on how to setup this specific license for your remote connection needs. You will want to skip step one and start with step two (assuming the license has already been activated).
