Teamviewer 8 Perpetual

I purchased the PERPETUAL license for TeamViewer 8 on May 10, 2013, and in mid-2021 we received the news that it was at the end of life and that we would have the right to use version 15. However, today, to my surprise, TeamViewer stopped working, claiming commercial use and that I do not have a license.

If the license purchased was named PERPETUAL, how could it stop working?

    Hello, I have the same problem, yesterday the license disappeared. And I can't add it in the administration panel. I haven't received any information from the TV staff, I have created a ticket but so far no response...

    I contact the custumer service TV, there response, I have to purchas a subscription of TV
