Good afternoon, we purchased a corporate license for 5 users and it worked fine. But yesterday the license suddenly became free. Please help me solve the problem.

The same thing happened to me yesterday and I can't access any of my usual remote connections anymore. Can't access any support either because it says it's not available for free licenses. Any help greatly appreciated!

According to your post, you bought a license and activated it because you mentioned it worked fine. Suddenly yesterday became free, so in this case we first suggest verifying you´re using the correct accounts.
