Remote Dashboard General information

We are slowly migrating our devices over to our account instead of just being bookmarked.
I have noticed that on the bookmarked devices (in standard groups), in the dashboard when remoted in, I can see the performance, disk health as well as System specifications.
On the migrated device, the general info tab is either empty or has CPU/RAM field which is at 0% and marked as NaN. The device section is also empty.
Is there a policy that needs to be enabled to have the devices show the information again?
