I'am very disappointed from Teamviewer becoming worse with every new version.

I loved the simple and perfectly working Teamviewer from 2009.
But it has converted into a bad quality software that is slow, too complicated, overloaded with settings and does not work anymore.

1.)
Teamviewer becomes worse and more unusable with every version.
Version 14 is EXTREMELY slow.
Version 13 had a perfect GUI.
Why did you change the GUI completely ???

6 processes msedgeview2.exe are running and consuming a lot of memory.
Version 13 did not need this nonsense.
The GUI of version 14 is extremely slow.

The main window is huge and cannot be made smaller.

2.)
There are too many settings:
I cannot even find where to change the language.
The settings are completely overloaded and not user friendly.

For example this has been programmed very intelligently:

3.)
But the worst are the ugly bugs:
I try to connect and it tells me "Unable to Connect" and "Reason unknown".
The other computer is running Teamviewer and waiting for connections.
This error message is a SHAME!
What kind of programmers do you have there that are not able to display an understandable error message?
Now I have no idea what to do to get this working.

I would never pay for this software!

And now I found that the version that I downloaded as version 14 on your homepage is really version 15.55. But you do not allow me to edit my preivious post.

TeamViewer Portable version can be found on the TeamViewer download page from the Previous version or from this Knowledge-Base article - https://www.teamviewer.com/en/global/support/knowledge-base/teamviewer-classic/modules/portable/ .

On the other hand, is it possible to install and use TeamViewer v15 on the both sides of remote connection and see if the issues you shared in the first comment happen again? We are keen to hear the testing reselts with TeamViewer v15 from you.
