Hello there,
I've recently purchased a Teamviewer Remote Access Licence. However, when I tried to activate it for my account through the link in the activation email from Teamviewer it failed and I got the following error message:
It's in german and it basically sais that I can't activate the licence for my account because a different licence is already assigned (I'm assuming free tier). Unfortunately, I can't contact support because it sais that I only have a free tier. How can I fix this?
